Loyalty program

^* Applies only to direct bookings through official hotel website or via Reservations department.

^*** Upgrading the category of a room directly depends on the occupancy of the hotel and the availability of rooms of higher categories on guest's arrival day.
^**** Late check-out directly depends on the hotel occupancy on guest's departure day.

• Achieving statuses is possible by accumulating nights when staying at DoubleTree Moscow Arbat hotel for reservations made through direct channels: the official website of the Hotel, the Hotel Reservation Department, Front office desk. Bookings made on third party sites do not count toward accrued nights.

• The status privileges of a member of the loyalty program apply only to the member's own number (individual), regardless of the number of rooms booked by him, and are available only if the booking is made on the official website or through the hotel reservation department.

• When room is booked through direct booking channels, loyalty program members receive exclusive rates (Member Rates). Under the Member Rate, the participating hotel must be booked by the resident member. Member rates are not offered for bookings of ten (10) rooms or more, and do not apply to special rates, existing bookings or group bookings.

• To obtain the status and extend it, only a day's stay at the DoubleTree Moscow Arbat hotel, used and paid for personally by the participant with the status, is taken into account

• To confirm the status and extend it, you must dial the required number of nights within one (1) calendar year from the moment of transition to the new status level. If a sufficient number of nights are not accumulated during this time, the status is automatically reduced by one level.

• The guest must personally stay at the hotel and pay for their stay using any available payment method.

• Nights booked at group rates do not count toward upgrade accruals.

• Regardless of the number of rooms booked and paid for by a guest who is a member of our loyalty program, for the calculation of nights that affect his status in the future, only the room where this guest is a member of the program is taken into account.

• Cancellation or suspension of membership of a member of the loyalty program at the initiative of the Company can be completely immediately unilaterally without written notice to the guest, if there are reasons or suspicions that:

• the guest has committed an act contrary to the current legislation;

• failed to pay any invoice issued by the Company or a Participating Hotel on time;

• acted in an inappropriate, offensive or threatening manner, or engaged in fraud;

• reported false information in order to obtain privileges;

• participated in any fraudulent or illegal activity related to the Loyalty Program.

All privileges, offers and services of the Loyalty Program are subject to their availability and are subject to change by the Company at any time without notice. The Company may terminate the Loyalty Program in whole or in part at its sole discretion.
